The BambooTouch® guarantee
The hardness and stability of BambooTouch® enables us to offer a guarantee of 10 years on our domestic flooring and 5 years for commercial applications.
The guarantee terms and conditions which follow apply to all products in the BambooTouch® flooring range.
These terms and conditions cover all the rights you have under the provisions of Law 23/2003 of 10 July governing guarantees on the sale of consumer goods, as well as the additional guarantees and rights offered by BambooTouch® in respect of any manufacturing defects.
BambooTouch® is a registered trademark of Pi Import S.A., which, as the importer, is responsible for this guarantee.
The entire BambooTouch® flooring range carries this 10-year guarantee for domestic use and 5-year guarantee for commercial applications.

The guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- BambooTouch® must be laid by a professional installer who follows the BambooTouch® recommendations on the storage and acclimatisation of the flooring strips.
- BambooTouch® must be laid in compliance with the humidity conditions of the floor and surroundings specified in all our recommendations.
- Pi Import S.A. provides BambooTouch® retailers with full documentation containing all the necessary recommendations for the correct installation and care of the product.
- The guarantee shall not apply in the event of incorrect installation. The installer shall always be responsible for the choice of installation method.
- This guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect maintenance, improper use of the floor or lack of care, the use of unsatisfactory care products, scratches or marks left by sharp objects or tools such as knives, animal claws, screwdrivers, etc.
- Any damage or deterioration must be notified to the retailer who sold the product immediately in writing. The consumer must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice with his claim.

Pi Import S.A. will send an independent expert to the location where the product is installed to compile a report on the defective product. If the expert assesses the claim made by the customer to be justified, BambooTouch® will supply the necessary replacement material from its current collection at the time the claim is made. This replacement material will be supplied through the retailer who sold the product. If the expert appointed rejects the claim, exonerating Pi Import S.A. of all liability, the customer will be solely responsible for the cost of the expert report.
